Learn to make artisan cheeses in your own kitchen that will delight your family and friends! In this two hour class you will learn step-by-step how to create four flavorful cheeses. Begin with fresh cow’s milk lemon cheese, then advance to mozzarella, ricotta, and squeaky cheese and finishing with feta. I’ll shows you the tools and techniques you’ll need to be successful and walks you through the cheese production process from preparation to plate.
